Investment options

Choosing a fund

You can choose one, or a combination of, investment funds to suit your investment timeframe, goals, and attitude to risk. This is called setting your ‘investment direction’. If you choose more than one option, your choice must be in multiples of 5% and must add up to 100%.

If you don’t select an investment direction, we’ll invest 100% of your account in the Balanced Fund. If the investment direction you request does not add up to 100%, any unallocated portion will be invested in the Balanced Fund.

Different investment options

Here you can see each of the investment funds we offer, how they are invested, the objective of that fund and who they might generally be suitable for. If you aren’t sure which investment fund might suit you best, why not try the investment kickstarter calculator on Sorted’s website. It can help point you towards the investment fund which might best suit your needs.

You could also seek financial advice from an Authorised Financial Adviser (AFA). Disclosure statements for our AFAs are available on our website, free of charge.
