Direct Debit missing?

If a scheduled direct debit contribution is not showing on your KiwiSaver account, here’s what to do:

  • Check your bank statement to confirm that the money was deducted from your account.
  • If you set up the direct debit with Inland Revenue, call Inland Revenue’s helpline: 0800 5494 7283 to follow it up.
  • If you set up the direct debit with our scheme, contact us on 0800 427 384 or login and select 'send us a question' in the 'quick links'.
