How to make a complaint

If you have a complaint that we are unable to resolve, we may refer it to our external dispute resolution scheme.

External Disputes Resolution Scheme

We are a member of the Insurance and Financial Services Ombudsman (IFSO) dispute resolution scheme, so if we cannot agree with you on how to resolve the issue you may be able to refer it to IFSO. This scheme is available at no cost to you and will help us resolve any disagreements.
