Our Customer Service Team will be available to answer your questions right up until Friday the 24th of December 2021. They’ll be back, well-rested, and ready to help on Wednesday the 5th of January 2022.
If you’re looking to make a KiwiSaver withdrawal that’ll be paid before we close for Christmas, send us the completed documentation by Friday the 10th of December and our team will do what they can to get it sorted in time.

Holidays act remediation
If you were employed by Kiwi Wealth between 1 July 2013 and 10 November 2018, you may be entitled to a remediation payment for incorrectly calculated holidays and leave.
