Respect. Yes it's all about you.

Putting customers first is in our DNA. Our focus is on delivering an outstanding customer experience and a big part of achieving that means communicating with people directly and honestly.

Our job as the manager of your money is to make sure you understand what we’re doing with it and how your investment is tracking at all times – and we make sure we provide simple reports and helpful people to make this happen.

Trust. We will tell the truth, even when it hurts.

We believe in being accountable and we take governance very seriously. We have strong governance structures in place to oversee the business, including the Board of Directors, Investment Governance Committee and Assurance, Risk and Compliance Committee.

To be truly accountable and maintain trust between our business and our customers requires us to tell the truth, all the time, to all our customers. This requires us to be totally transparent about the investments we hold and how returns are generated.

Transparency. We will account for every dollar you invest, every cent actually.

We believe in transparency – a belief that is reflected in our regular reporting to our customers. Customers can also go online at any time and see how their money is being invested – right down to individual shares, fixed interest investments, funds and currencies – and how their investments are performing  and how their value has changed over time – right from the very first dollar invested.

Excellence. We’re not content with second best.

Enhancing your wealth is important, but preserving client wealth is one of our guiding philosophies so we don’t take big punts, concentrated bets or chase investment fads.
