How do I set up a direct debit?

There are a number of ways to setup a direct debit. You can do this via your online Kiwi Wealth login, or complete the paper form and email it back to us.

Online

You can setup a direct debit online, all you need to do is login to your Kiwi Wealth account.

Alternatively you can submit the direct debit form online without logging, however it is recommended that you complete the direct debit form by logging in at the link above.

Paper-based

If you wish to complete a paper direct debit form you can download it here.

Follow the instructions to complete the form. You can return the form to us via the following methods:

  • Email - questions@kiwiwealth.co.nz
  • Post - Kiwi Wealth KiwiSaver Scheme, FreePost 210729, PO Box 50617, Porirua 5240

Under 18s

If you are setting up a direct debit for a minor, you must complete the paper-based form and post it to us at the above address. We require a hard copy of the request for anyone aged under 18.

When setting up a direct debit for a person under 18 please note the following:

  • Cancellation or other changes have to be requested by the Guardians (can cause issues e.g. Grandparents)
  • Once 18 ownership and requests falls to the account holder
